Denise Fogarty made this 4^th of July themed outfit for a contest hosted by a  doll club. The outfit won the themed contest and Denise received a “Xuxa” doll for her prize. The skirt is a striped part of a flag and the top is the star part. The doll’s mouth actually moves as she sings the National Anthem, “America” and “Yankee Doodle!”
